Elizabeth Athanasakos Managing Owner	Barbara Busone – Managing Owner Liz Hyland, Owner/Executive Chef

Liz, our Executive Chef, acquired here culinary talents at a very early age.  Born in Brooklyn NY and nurtured in a Greek environment, cooking became second nature to her.  In later years, she moved to South Florida, where she successfully owned and managed several restaurants, she then accepted the prestigious position of Executive Chef at the Boca Raton Medical Center.
