After years of refining her skills in the Miami/Boca Raton area, Executive Chef Liz Hyland, along with Barbara Busone and Elizabeth Athanasakos opened this unique restaurant in Lake Butler.

In a very short order, Butler Seafood House & Grille captured the hearts and palates of locals and visitors lucky enough to discover this culinary gem in rural North Florida. By combining her mastery of sauces with fresh seafood, Liz has created a menu unlike any in this area, where every dish is bursting with indescribable flavors. New England Clam Chowder, delicately laced with Sherry, Mahi-Mahi Salad with the flavors of Blue Cheese and apple-smoked bacon, Sautéed Basa with a light lemony sauce with capers and roasted garlic, Mahi-Mahi with a delicate Red pepper sauce, are as delightful as you could hope to find anywhere.  With her creative cuisine, friendly wait staff and a "joie de vivre" ambiance, Butler Seafood House & Grille is a must visit in this area.
